1964 Fender Jazzmaster – Sunburst
We present an all original and early 1964 Fender Jazzmaster in Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This pre-CBS Fender Jazzmaster is stunning all the way with no breaks or any repairs. Overall, this guitar shows minor light belt“buckle rash” and minor nicks dings on the back and sides. It features C-neck profile that is a joy to play. The original Grey bottom pickups are very balanced/strong and sounds incredibly good. The original frets are perfect with plenty of life left. Dark rosewood fingerboard with clay dots. Even comes with its original polish cloth, instruction manual and some old strings.
Soundwise, this Fender Jazzmaster is so much powerful, resonant and extremely versatile, this is everything you’d expect from a guitar produced in Fender’s golden age period. Exceptional example of a pre-CBS Jazzmaster with “spagetti logo”.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes complete with its original Fender white tolex hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
