1966 Fender Jazzmaster – Olympic White

We present an all original and early 1966 Fender Jazzmaster in its original Olympic White finish. Made in Fullerton, California.

This is an amazing Custom Color Fender jazzmaster with matching headstock which has become tough to come across. This Fender Jazzmaster is all original and 100% complete with its original tremolo arm and period correct bridge cover. Only one of the two screws holding the rhythm switch on the pickguard has been replaced. We had an original screw from the same periode in stock. No breaks or any repairs!

Cosmetically, the guitar shows few nicks and dings on the front and sides, with a few spot and an assortment of small nicks and scratches to the back of the guitar and spots of play wear on the neck. Beautiful finish checking all over the body include the headstock. The grey bottom pickups are very strong and balanced. Dark rosewood fingerboard with with dots and binding. The bound neck is a C-shape profile. Very comfortable to play and overall the guitar is powerful, resonant and extremely versatile. The original frets are small with medium height and light play wear.

Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.

Comes with its original Fender Hardshell Case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
