1967 Fender Coronado II – Firemist Gold Metallic
We present an all original Fender Coronado II in its original Firemist Gold Metallic. Made in Fullerton, California.
This guitar is absolutely stunning to play and looks super cool. The guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks or any repairs. The Firemist Gold Metallic finish is in gorgeous shape with minor play wear spots from over the years. Super rare to find this Fender guitar in that Custom Color.
The neck is straight with a great action and response. A great bound rosewood fretboard with pearl block inlays and the frets show hardly any wear, so there is plenty of life left in them. Overall, the guitar has a strong and well balanced output in the single-coil pickups. Beautiful, all original guitar that even comes complete with its original whammy bar. Super rare to come by in that condition and especially in this color.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with a newer hardshell case.
