We present a pristine all original 1973 Gibson ES-335 TDC in Cherry finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This iconic vintage Gibson ES-335 TDC is crazy clean and has a beautiful figured top. Double ring Kluson tuners, “witch hat” knobs and two original “T-Top patent number” pickups that deliver the classic Gibson semi hollow tone for which these are known for.
The 3-piece mahogany neck is nice and the frets are in excellent shape. The setup on this piece has a low action so it plays and sounds like a dream. As you can see from the photos, this guitar has likely not seen a lot of use and there’s only very little/soft finish checking. Also the hardware and the trapeze tailpiece is in excellent shape. There is a finish/ paint crack along the seam (neck heel) but nothing to be worried about and doesn’t affect the sound of the guitar.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Gibson/Lifton hardshell case with yellow lining. Replaced newer handle.
