Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilt 2007 Chris Fleming ’55 Strat Relic 2-tsb

We present a gorgeous Fender Custom Shop ’55 Stratocaster master built by Chris Fleming, in a two–tone sunburst relic finish.

With an Ash body this guitar is super resonant and has a really bold tone. The 2-Tone Sunburst nitro lacquer is period correct and will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes. The 2-Tone Sunburst finish has been aged for a played-in look and feel. The neck gets the Relic treatment as well, with a comfortable 10/56 “V” shape coupled with a modern style 9.5″ radius fingerboard. All of the traditional Strat sounds are here as well, with three Custom Shop ’50s Strat single-coils wired to a five-way switch for full-bodied neck pickup sounds, quacky “in-between” tones, and biting treble leads.
