We present an all original and 100% complete 1960 Fender Precision bass in its original and brilliant Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
The playability is so excellent on this pre-CBS Fender Precision bass. A rare lightweight example and it’s extremely resonant and play perfectly. It has the most incredible flamed neck that is super rare to find. The original frets are like new including the original nut.
A beautiful dark slab board rosewood fingerboard with clay dots. Overall, this P-bass it’s in near mint condition. Has been played but at the same time well preserved. Super clean with extremely minor scratches. The pickguard and headstock are clean as can be. This 1960 Precision lives up to its “holy grail” bass status, with solid intonation and a feel that that you want on a bass. The pickup is healthy and sounds perfect.
The pickup and the electronics/wiring remains untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickup. All original and correct.
Comes with its original hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
