Terms of Purchase
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you purchase an item from Guitar Hunter, I work hard to ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. It is my goal to make sure you know exactly what you are paying for, and that you are pleased with what you receive. All items are carefully packed and inspected before shipment, and should arrive as expected. If you have any concerns prior to buying, please feel free to contact me. Call +45 53 61 61 40 or email email@example.com I’m always happy to answer questions.
I guarantee the authenticity of all my instruments and amplifiers. When you purchase any instruments or amplifiers from Guitar Hunter, you will also receive all relevant picture documentation on a USB drive and a certificate of authenticity.
Payment & Invoice
Should you wish to purchase an item, I need your full name and address. Upon receipt, I will send you an invoice. I accept VISA and Mastercard, and bank wire transfers. I do require the customer to pay any fees associated with using their credit card, should it be necessary. All information provided during a transaction is completely confidential. I do not share any details with third party entities.
My prices include Danish VAT, taxes, and charges, and are stated in DKR. Please note that I charge VAT according to the second-hand VAT margin scheme on used items.
The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duties outside the EU.
All my items are usually packed and shipped the same business day that I receive payment. I take the utmost care when packing to assure that they arrive safely. I detune all instruments so that there is no tension on the neck. The instrument and case is packed properly with half-inch thick bubble wrap and packing peanuts in a custom-made cardboard box to secure several inches of padding and that the instrument does not move around during shipping.
If you purchase and receive a guitar or bass in the winter or during a cold snap, please wait 24 hours before opening the box to allow the guitar enough time for it to reach room temperature. When there is a drastic change in temperature the guitar’s finish is susceptible to cracking. Allowing the instrument to acclimate in the box prevents these cracks from happening.

Any costs relating to returned (shipped) items must be paid by the customer. I reserve the right to not accept returned goods requiring payment (for shipping or otherwise) upon receipt.
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (den danske købelov ). In addition to this legal protection, I give a 3 month warranty on many used items sold through Guitar Hunter. So, if you do unexpectedly find that your product is damaged, or has an error or defect, please contact me immediately. When I receive the proper documentation for the complaint I will evaluate it and decide if it can be repaired. If it needs a repair, Guitar Hunter will cover the cost. If the item was received in irreparable condition, you will get your money back. If the damage was incurred after the item was received, I cannot be held liable.
I take reservations for misprints, price errors, and force majeure.
