1958 Fender Stratocaster – Blond
We present an exceptional all original and 100% complete 1958 Fender Stratocaster in Blond finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This early 1958 pre-CBS Fender Stratocaster in Blond is all original and 100% complete. No doubt that this is one of the holy grails from Fender’s golden age. There are very few left of these Custom Color Blond 50’s Stratocaster’s. Overall, the Blond finish on this 1-piece ash body with incredible grain is absolutely gorgeous. Not only does it look amazing, its also a truly fantastic player with an incredible woody/resonance vintage tone.
The original black bottom single-coil pickups matched with the solid maple neck produces a punchy/twangy tone. All pickups are well balanced and sound great. This Fender Stratocaster is a collector’s grade, but it definitely deserves to be played. Comes complete with its original bridge cover, strap and tremolo arm. It has a great playing C-shape neck with original frets and nut. Cosmetically, it’s in excellent shape with some nicks, dings around the edges and other cosmetic play wear. The 1-piece maple neck is clean as it can with minor dings. Beautiful clean headstock which has a small cigaret burn. Also a little wear on the decal, but extremely nice for its age. The original one-line Kluson tuners are in excellent shape and works perfectly.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct. No breaks or any repairs!
Comes with its original hardshell tweed case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
