1958 Fender Stratocaster – Blond
We present an exceptional, all-original, and 100% complete 1958 Fender Stratocaster in Blond finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This early 1958 pre-CBS Fender Stratocaster in Blond is all-original and 100% complete. There is no doubt that this is one of the holy grails from Fender’s golden age. Very few of these Custom Color Blond ’50s Stratocasters remain. Overall, the Blond finish on this one-piece ash body, with its incredible grain, is absolutely gorgeous. Not only does it look amazing, it’s also a truly fantastic player with an incredible woody, resonant vintage tone.
The original black-bottom single-coil pickups, paired with the solid maple neck, produce a punchy, twangy tone. All pickups are well-balanced and sound great. This Fender Stratocaster is collector-grade, but it definitely deserves to be played. It comes complete with its original bridge cover, strap, and tremolo arm. It has a great-playing C-shaped neck with original frets and nut. Cosmetically, it’s in excellent condition with some nicks and dings around the edges, along with other signs of play wear. The one-piece maple neck is as clean as it gets, with only minor dings. The headstock is beautifully clean, featuring a small cigarette burn. There’s also slight wear on the decal, but it’s extremely well-preserved for its age. The original one-line Kluson tuners are in excellent shape and work perfectly.
The pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickups. All original and correct. No breaks or repairs!
Comes with its original hardshell tweed case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
