1958 Fender Telecaster – Blond
We present an all original and early 1958 Fender Telecaster in its original Blond finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This historic pre-CBS Fender Telecaster dates to early 1958 (body date: 1-58), but it retains all the desirable 1957 features.
Overall, this Fender Telecaster is in great condition. It shows nicks, dings, finish checking, and other cosmetic play wear around the body. There is some play wear on the fingerboard. The maple neck and headstock are exceptionally clean. This Telecaster has clearly been played and loved, yet also well cared for over the years. It features a very nice hard V-shaped maple neck with solid original frets, and the ash body is extremely lightweight.
The Single Line Kluson Deluxe tuners look almost new and turn flawlessly. This guitar delivers an authentic ’50s Telecaster tone with its original vintage-style wiring and cloth-covered wires. It sounds absolutely fantastic—its pickups are strong and well balanced. A truly exceptional instrument.
It’s 100% original throughout – just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1958.
The pickups and electronics/wiring are completely untouched and original—no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. 100% original and correct.
Includes the original hardshell Tweed case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
