1965 Fender Mustang – White
We present an all original 1965 Fender Mustang in its original White finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
Condition
Overall, this stunning White ’65 Mustang is in excellent condition, showing only minor nicks, dings, and cosmetic wear. It has been played over the years but has been very well cared for. The original White finish has aged to a slight yellow tint, adding to its vintage character. It features an alder body and a maple neck with noticeable but attractive wear. The rosewood fingerboard is beautiful and adorned with pearl dot inlays. The six original double-line Kluson tuners turn smoothly and function perfectly. The pickguard and all plastic components are fully intact and clean.
Originality
This beautiful L-series Mustang is 100% original throughout, with no modifications of any kind — exactly as it left the Fullerton factory in mid-1965. It even includes the original tremolo arm and bridge cover. The two original grey-bottom pickups are well-balanced and deliver classic Mustang tones.
The pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and fully intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickups—completely original and correct.
Includes the original Fender hardshell case. One latch is broken, but the remaining two latches and the handle function perfectly.
