1966 Gibson B-25 – Cherry Sunburst
We present an Original 1966 Gibson B-25 in Cherry Sunburst. This One Owner guitar is in STUNNING condition. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This is a Mahogany “mini dreadnaut” with exceptional Englemann Spruce top. Cherry Sunburst top with Cherry color back, sides and neck.
Gibson decal logo at top of blackened peghead overlay. Black plastic truss-rod cover.
Original nut and original Jumbo frets. Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Cream top binding with black line on the inside. Back edge has single cream binding. Soundhole rosette matches top binding. Original tortoise celluloid pickguard. Black molded plastic adjustable bridge with ceramic saddle insert.
The Engelmann Spruce top is very nice, and shows lots of character of grain and lots of “cloud” figure. Original cream bridge pins and endpin. Original lacquer shows normal finish checking. This guitar is quite nice and plays well. The sound is very good.
Comes with original Gibson chipboard case. Latches and handle are in perfect.
