We present an all original 1969 Fender Mustang bass in Competition Burgundy. Made in Fullerton, California.
The 30-inch scale length offset Fender Mustang bass – Competition Burgundy, gives it an ultra cool look and it sounds amazing with great vintage mojo tone. Split single-coil pickup. Super nicely rounded B-shape maple neck with beautiful rosewood fingerboard & pearl dot inlays. Fender tuners with chrome oval buttons in perfect working condition. String-thru bridge with four adjustable barrel saddles.
Overall, this 1969 Fender Mustang bass Competition Burgundy is in great condition with nicks, dings and other cosmetic play wear. The original Burgundy finish is great with some fading. The neck and headstock are extremely clean as it can be. Everything remains structurally sound with no cracks or any repairs!
Pickup and the electronics/wiring remains untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickup. All original and 100% correct.
Comes with a newer hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
