Description & Specifications

1957 Fender Electric Mandolin – Blond

We present an all original 1957 Fender Electric Mandolin in its original Blond finish. Made in Fullerton, California.

This rare Mandocaster features a straight neck with solid, well-preserved frets. It is completely original and comes with its original bridge cover and strap. Overall, it is in beautiful condition, showing only minimal cosmetic wear such as minor nicks, dings, finish checking, and light surface marks. It plays and sounds excellent, with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. As commonly seen on these models, the plastic tuner tips have shrunken, and we recommend replacing them in the future.

It’s 100% original throughout – just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1957.

The pickup and electronics are entirely untouched — no broken solder joints, no rewound pickup. Everything remains 100% original and correct.

Includes the original hardshell tweed case, with latches and handle in perfect working order.
