1962 Fender Twin Amp 6G8-A – Blond
We present an original 1962 Fender Twin Amp 6G8-A in Blond. Made in Fullerton, California.
This late 1962 Fender Twin Amp is incredibly clean and in highly original condition. It even comes complete with its original cover and footswitch. The only components that have been replaced are some of the Orange Astron filter capacitors, allowing it to run perfectly and be played without risk of damage. This vintage Fender amplifier features its original 2 x 12 inch Oxford Fender 12M6 speakers, which are in perfect working order and look like new. Both transformers are also original. The original grille cloth and Blond tolex are in remarkably clean condition. Everything on this Fender Twin Amp is in excellent shape.
This Fender Twin Amp sounds amazing and functions without issue! A rare piece of Fender history and a true gem for any player or collector.
The original tube chart is also present, very clean, with crisp corners and a hand-inked serial number.
To keep it as original as possible, a step-down transformer is required. We have these in stock and they can be purchased through Guitar Hunter.
