1963 Fender Stratocaster – Black
We present an exceptional and all original 1963 Fender Stratocaster in factory Black finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
Overall, this very rare Custom Color pre-CBS Stratocaster is in excellent condition and it will complement any high-end collection, but it definitely deserves to be played. This early 1963 Stratocaster is definitely from the golden era from Fullerton, California. You can see minor play wear and beautiful finish checking on the body. Absolutely a wonderful Stratocaster with a lot resonance and tone. The original frets and nut still have life left and the rosewood fingerboard with clay dots is perfect. The neck and headstock including the “spagetti logo” decal is clean as it can be.
The original 1-line Kluson tuners are in great shape and works perfectly. The black bottom pickups are healthy and strong, but at same time very balanced and sound fantastic. The guitar is 100% original and even comes complete with its original tremolo arm and original Fender strap.
Pickups and wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
