1964 Fender Precision Bass – Sunburst

We present an all original and 100% complete 1964 Fender Precision bass in its original Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, California.

The playability is so excellent on this 1964 Fender pre-CBS Precision bass. A great lightweight example and it’s extremely resonant. It has a lot of good honest/mojo wear on the body of years of playing. The original frets are flawless and have plenty of life left. It features a beautiful dark veneer rosewood fingerboard with clay dots. A very nice comfortable neck. The original black “bottom” pickup is perfect with a great output.

There is a musicstore sticker attached back on the headstock. We will leave as is since it tells the story where it was bought back in the days. Overall, it’s in great original shape with nicks, dings and other cosmetic play wear. No breaks or any repairs. Even comes complete with the original bridge and pickup covers.

Pickup and the electronics/wiring remains untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickup. All original and 100% correct.

Comes with a newer soft hardshell case.
