1966 Fender Electric XII – Sunburst
We present an original 1966 Fender Electric XII in its original Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, california.
This Electric XII sounds absolutely fantastic and is a joy to play. It features a 1-piece medium size maple neck and a Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. It’s all original except for a pro refret. The original 4-layer brown tortoise pickguard is fully intact with no breaks. The Chrome bridge’s 12 individual still saddles are also in great shape.
Overall, this 1966 Fender Electric XII guitar is in excellent condition with only some minor nicks, dings, light finish checking and play-wear on the back of the neck and other minor cosmetic wear. Underneath the neck plate, there is a name and date etched into the finish, but is only visible if you remove the neck plate ( see photo ). Many did that to indicate their personal guitar. No break or any repairs, just a stunning clean Electric XII.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with a Newer Fender hardshell case.
