1966 Fender Jazz Bass – Sunburst
We present an all original 1966 Fender Jazz Bass in its original Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
Overall, this bass is in excellent condition with some nicks, dings, and other cosmetic play wear. It even comes complete with its original bridge and pickup covers. The slim neck is absolutely perfect, plays incredibly well, and features a beautifully dark rosewood fretboard with pearloid dots and binding. The original frets are in great shape with plenty of life left. All electronics function flawlessly and deliver a truly authentic ’60s bass tone.
it’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1966.
All pickups and electronics/wiring are untouched and fully intact—no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. Completely original and correct.
Includes the original black tolex hardshell case with orange interior. One corner is damaged, but the case is fully functional. The handle and latches are in perfect working order.
