1968 Gibson LG-0 – Natural
We present an original 1968 Gibson LG-0 in its original Natural finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This vintage Gibson LG-0 offers a rich, warm tone complemented by a compensated rosewood saddle. Its balanced sound profile features just the right amount of midrange, making it an ideal acoustic guitar for both fingerstyle and strumming.
The guitar shows minimal signs of wear, with only a few minor nicks, dings, and surface marks — nothing significant. It features a rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays, and the frets remain in excellent condition with only light play wear. The neck is incredibly comfortable, offering smooth action along the entire fretboard. The truss rod is fully functional, and all components are in perfect working order. A high-quality K&K pickup system has been professionally installed, adding modern amplification without compromising the vintage character.
Constructed with an all-mahogany body in a natural finish, this LG-0 also includes a strap button on the heel cap. The tortoiseshell pickguard is secured with three screws, and a single black ring outlines the soundhole for classic vintage styling. Original three-on-a-strip tuners operate flawlessly, maintaining tuning stability and authenticity.
This is a superb example of a vintage Gibson acoustic guitar — an excellent value for players and collectors alike.
Includes the original Gibson chipboard case.
