Description & Specifications

1971 Gibson SG Pro – Walnut – Factory Bigsby

We present an all original 1971 Gibson SG Pro in its original Walnut finish with Factory Bigsby. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This Gibson guitar features the classic Special-style headstock inlay and Kluson tuners with small metal keys, along with a plain back truss rod cover. It has a gorgeous bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays and side dots. The original frets are in great shape for its age, with plenty of life left.

The two P-90s are height-adjustable in spring-loaded black plastic rings. Overall, this guitar is in excellent condition with some nicks, dings, and other cosmetic playwear on the back and front. No breaks or repairs — just a perfect vintage guitar from the ’70s.

It’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1971.

Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.

Comes complete with its original hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
