1974 Fender Telecaster Deluxe – Black
We present an all original 1974 Fender Telecaster Deluxe in its original Black finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This cool 1974 Fender guitar definitely has the right amount of patina but overall still in very good+ condition with honest play-wear and minor nicks and dings. This iconic model features the large “Strat-style” headstock with the original Fender/Schaller tuners that are in great condition and turns nicely. Besides that, the Telecaster Deluxe also features a contoured alder body for a nice comfortable feel. The 1-piece maple neck is clean with some honest play-wear and features the original 21 frets that still has a lot of life left.
The characteristic feel of this Fender guitar comes from having a 25.5″ scale length, 12″ fretboard radius and not to forget: two incredible Seth Lover designed Fender wide range humbuckers. Both pickups is very strong and balanced. For broad tonal possibilities, this guitar features 2x volume knobs and 2x tone knobs and a 3-way pickup selector.
The original hardtail bridge features the six individual cast-saddles for perfect intonation. The 3-ply black pickguard is all intact and original – and besides that looks really cool combined with the black finish.
Comes complete with its original Fender hardshell case. The latches and handle are also intact and is in perfect working order.
Pickups and Electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
