1954 Gibson Les Paul Standard – Goldtop
We present an all original and 100% complete 1954 Gibson Les Paul – Goldtop. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Overall, this piece is in near mint condition with extremely minor nicks, dings and scratches on the headstock and an armrest spot on the body. That’s why we can’t grade it to full mint condition. The Goldtop is incredible, without any finish checking. This tells that this has been well kept over decades and to come across in this condition, is nearly impossible.
1954 Gibson Les Paul has 1-piece mahogany neck, 1-piece mahogany body with maple top. It has a great playing neck with great frets that looks like new with a lot of life left. Beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard with pearloid crown inlays. The Aluminum lightweight tailpiece is like new and is very shiny. A truly clean piece of history that also sounds incredible.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Gibson Hardshell Case with Pink interior. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
