1956 Fender Telecaster – Blonde
We present an all original and 100% complete 1956 Fender Telecaster in Blonde finish, made in Fullerton, California.
Overall, this pre-CBS Fender Telecaster is in excellent condition, with minor nicks, dings, and other cosmetic play wear. It comes complete with its original ashtray bridge cover, strap, and polish cloth. All original documentation is included, detailing the full history of this instrument. We are the third owner of this beautiful pre-CBS Telecaster.
It features a very comfortable “V”-shaped maple neck with well-preserved original frets. The guitar is exceptionally lightweight thanks to its one-piece ash body. The single-line Kluson Deluxe tuners are like new and function perfectly. This beauty delivers a truly authentic 1950s Telecaster tone, featuring original old-style wiring and cloth-covered wires. Inside the control cavity, the original tape still shows the name of the Fender employee who wired the electronics at the Fullerton factory on November 13, 1956.
The guitar sounds absolutely incredible. The pickups are strong, resonant, and well-balanced. It’s a truly outstanding instrument — both a valuable historical/collector’s piece and a top-tier sounding guitar.
It’s 100% original throughout – just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1956.
Structurally, everything remains solid, with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
The pickups and electronics are completely original and untouched — no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. 100% original and correct.
