1963 Fender Jazzmaster – Fiesta Red
We present an original 1963 Fender Jazzmaster in its factory Fiesta Red finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This original 1963 Fender Jazzmaster in Fiesta Red comes with excellent provenance. It was purchased new in 1963 at a music store. To afford the guitar, the original owner traded his Gibson Les Paul Junior, and his mother paid the remainder—a truly supportive mom!
Cosmetically, this pre-CBS Fender Jazzmaster is in great condition. It’s all original and 100% complete, aside from brand-new frets and a replaced rhythm/lead switch. It shows some belt buckle wear on the back, a few nicks, dings, and general cosmetic wear. However, the neck profile and back of the headstock are exceptionally clean. An outstanding one-owner example of a pre-CBS Jazzmaster in the custom color Fiesta Red. The original black-bottom pickups are well-balanced, strong, and sound fantastic.
Features a beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard with clay dot inlays. The original nut remains in perfect condition. Acoustically, the guitar has a bold, resonant sound that translates beautifully through the original black bobbin pickups.
Aside from the replaced rhythm/lead switch, the pickups and all original electronics and wiring are untouched and fully intact—no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes complete with its original hardshell case, bridge cover, tremolo arm, matching-number hang tag, and original cable. A truly stunning package.
