Description & Specifications
1965 Fender Jaguar – Sunburst
We present an all original and late 1965 Fender Jaguar in its original Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
Condition
Overall this lovely CBS-era Jaguar is in great shape with nicks, dings and other cosmetic wear. No breaks or any repairs. The original Sunburst finish is a typical mid-60’s sunburst that looks stellar and haven’t faded much over the years. It features an alder body and a bound maple neck with dark veneer rosewood fingerboard with pearl dots. The maple neck is worn and is a c-shaped profile. The original frets and nut have plenty of lift left in them. The 6x original Fender ‘F’-tuners is all intact and turns smoothly. The 2x original single-coil pickups are well-balanced and sound great.
Originality
This ’65 Jaguar is 100% original throughout with no modifications. Untouched just like it left the Fullerton factory back in late ’65. Even come with its original tremolo arm and matching number hang tag.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original black non-logo Fender hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
