We present an original 1965 Fender Princeton Reverb blackface. Made in Fullerton, California.

This Fender Princeton Reverb amplifier is in great condition. The blackface Fender Princeton Reverb is one of the crown jewels of mid-’60s combo amps. This classic amp added a tube-driven reverb circuit to the popular Princeton student combo, and has been among the most widely used recording amps since its introduction in 1964. The original Fender Oxford speaker has been reconed so it sounds incredible. All transformers are original include the reverb unit. The circuit itself is perfect and is serviced with some new caps, tubes and resistance so it can run perfectly. It’s also updated with a new, three-pronged cable.

The amp is definitely great condition category as far as the cosmetics are concerned.  The metal on the chassis and elsewhere still sports its original factory shine with very little patina.  The grill cloth is exceptionally is also in great shape with some nicks and dings.  The tolex is also in exceptionally fine condition with no significant wear and tear.

To keep it as original as possible you need a stepdown transformer. We have these in stock and can be purchased through Guitar Hunter. https://guitarhunter.dk/product/toroidy-ats300va-stepdown-converter-230-110v/
