1966 Fender Jaguar – Olympic White
We present an all original early 1966 Fender Jaguar in Olympic White finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This guitar is truly special — an Olympic White over Candy Apple Red with a gold undercoat, all factory-original. The maple neck features a C-shaped profile, gaining noticeable shoulder and roundness as you move up the fretboard, offering a comfortable and chunky feel. Overall, this Jaguar displays beautiful nitrocellulose lacquer checking, along with various nicks, dings, and cosmetic wear that add to its authentic vintage character. Structurally, everything is solid with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
The only replaced component is the foam (rubber) on the flip-up mute — a very common replacement that does not affect the guitar’s value or originality. These pieces tend to shrink and deteriorate over time, and must be replaced if you intend to use the mute function.
This Fender custom color is an absolute stunner, and a joy to play. It features excellent frets and retains all original specifications for the model, including grey-bottom pickups, a tortoise-shell pickguard, and pearl dot inlays with binding on the veneer rosewood fingerboard. It even comes complete with its original tremolo arm and bridge cover.
It’s 100% original throughout – just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1966.
The pickups and electronics are completely untouched and original—no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. All components remain correct and factory stock.
Includes its original Fender hardshell case. All latches and handle are fully functional.
