1967 Fender Coronado II – Firemist Gold Metallic
We present an all original 1967 Fender Coronado II in its rare and striking original Firemist Gold Metallic finish. Made in Fullerton, California, USA.
This vintage guitar is a dream to play and visually stunning. It remains structurally sound, with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. The Firemist Gold Metallic finish is in excellent condition, showing only light play wear consistent with its age. This custom color is exceptionally rare and highly sought after by collectors.
The neck is straight, offering smooth action and great response. It features a beautifully bound rosewood fretboard with pearl block inlays. The frets show minimal wear, providing plenty of life for years of play. The original single-coil pickups deliver a strong, clear, and well-balanced tone—perfect for both studio and stage.
This Coronado II is 100% original throughout – just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1967. Complete with its original whammy bar. Finding one in this condition— and especially in this finish is extremely rare.
The electronics and wiring are completely untouched, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickups. All components are original and correct.
Includes a newer hardshell case for safe storage and transport.
