1968 gibson ES-330 TDC – Cherry – Long Neck
We present an all original 1968 Gibson ES-330 TDC in its original Cherry finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This Gibson hollow body is so stunning and in super clean condition. The original finish is totally unfaded on this ES model. This Es-330 TDC is a long Neck (same as ES-335).
It is so acoustically resonant, the fullness of the unplugged tone translates very well through the pickups, which deliver a very dynamic and nuanced tone, with the heft and midrange fullness that only comes with the combination of a fully hollow body and a good P-90 pickup’s!
The 1-piece mahogany neck has a medium profile that gains a bit of depth as you move into the higher registers of the fretboard and has a full 1 9/16″ nut width. The bound rosewood fretboard with block inlays is so beautiful. The original Kluson Deluxe double-line tuners are intact and these tuners turn smoothly with their original white buttons. The “Gibson” logo is inlaid in pearl on the headstock face. The bridge is the original chrome Gibson patent number Tune-o-Matic, as well as the stock pickguard, switch tip, pickup covers, and Black Hat Knobs.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Gibson hardshell case w/yellow interior. The latches and handle are in perfect working order.
