1968 Gibson ES-330 TDC – Cherry – Long Neck
We present an all original 1968 Gibson ES-330 TDC in its original Cherry finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This Gibson hollow body is truly stunning and in super clean condition. The original finish is completely unfaded on this ES model. This ES-330 TDC features a long neck (same as the ES-335).
It is incredibly acoustically resonant; the fullness of the unplugged tone translates beautifully through the pickups, which deliver a very dynamic and nuanced sound — with the heft and midrange richness that only comes from the combination of a fully hollow body and quality P-90 pickups.
The one-piece mahogany neck has a medium profile that gains a bit of depth as you move into the higher registers of the fretboard, and features a full 1 9/16″ nut width. The bound rosewood fretboard with block inlays is absolutely beautiful. The original Kluson Deluxe double-line tuners are intact and turn smoothly with their original white buttons. The “Gibson” logo is inlaid in pearl on the headstock face. The bridge is the original chrome Gibson patent number Tune-o-Matic, along with the stock pickguard, switch tip, pickup covers, and Black Hat knobs.
It’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1968.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact — with no broken solder joints and no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Gibson hardshell case with yellow interior. The latches and handle are in perfect working order.
