1969 Gibson SG Standard – Cherry
We present an all original and 100% complete 1969 Gibson SG standard in Cherry finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This Gibson is an early 69 because of 1968 features such as 1-piece lightweight mahogany body with a 1-piece mahogany neck that is a joy to play. Dark rosewood fingerboard with Trapez inlays. The “PAT-Number Sticker” humbuckers sound fantastic and are well balanced.
The chrome hardware are clean and shiny as it can be. The “Batman” pickguard is perfect with no breaks or any repairs. The original Gibson “doublering” tuners are in perfect shape and turn perfectly. The factory Maestro tremolo tailpiece is in great shape and works. Even comes with its original hang tag. Overall, this 1969 Gibson SG is in excellent condition with minor nicks, dings and play wear. The original frets are in great shape and has a lot of life left. The original cherry finish looks stunning and hasn’t faded.
Comes complete with its original hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
