1973 Fender Precision Bass – Blond
We present an all original 1973 Fender Precision Bass in its original and ultra-rare Trans Blond finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This Fender Precision Bass is in exceptional condition and is a true “one-owner bass.” It is 100% original throughout and complete with its original bridge cover and pickup cover – just as it left the Fullerton factory back 1973. It features a tight neck/body connection for superb resonance and sustain. Killer-sounding grey-bottom pickups and a super comfortable neck make it a joy to play up and down the fingerboard.
It’s an awesome-sounding Precision Bass with only a few nicks, chips, dents, and dings; surface scratches, weather checking, and finish wear. Overall, the bass is in gorgeous shape, featuring a nicely rounded maple neck with a bit of finish worn off the back. The maple fingerboard with black dot inlays is in excellent condition, the neck is straight, and the truss rod functions perfectly.
The pickup and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickup. All original and correct.
Comes with its original hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
