1973 Gibson ES-335 TD – Walnut
We present an all original 1973 Gibson ES-335 TD in its original Walnut finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This iconic vintage Gibson ES-335 features a beautiful figured maple top and back. It has two original “Patent Number” humbucker pickups that deliver the classic Gibson semi-hollow tone for which these guitars are renowned. This Gibson semi-hollow body ES-335 TD features a mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and block inlays. The original frets and nut are in excellent condition with plenty of life left. Overall, this guitar is in excellent shape, with nicks, dings, and other cosmetic wear. The chrome hardware and trapeze tailpiece are also in excellent condition.
It’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1973.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Gibson hardshell case. Latches are in perfect working order, though the handle has been replaced.
