1982 Gibson ES-347 TD – Tobacco Sunburst
We present an all original 1982 Gibson ES-347 TD in its original Tobacco Sunburst finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The Gibson ES-347 TD was introduced as the ES-345 was phased out. This guitar is a higher-end ES series semi-hollowbody, featuring coil-tapping pickups and a tunable tailpiece. Overall, this Gibson ES-347 is in exceptionally clean condition, with only slight tarnishing on the gold hardware. A truly pristine example. It even comes complete with original tags and manual.
This vintage Gibson semi-hollowbody features a figured maple top and back, a maple neck with ebony fingerboard, mother-of-pearl inlays, and a multi-bound Custom headstock. The original Tobacco Sunburst finish is as clean as it gets, with no fading. No breaks, no repairs. The original humbuckers from this era are hot and sound incredible.
It’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1982.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case with red interior. Latches are fully functional, and the handle has been replaced.
