1956 Gibson Les Paul Junior TV Model
We present an all original 1956 Gibson Les Paul TV Model. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Overall, this original Gibson TV Model finish is in very clean condition, with only minor nicks, dings, and other cosmetic wear. The original frets are in great shape and have plenty of life left in them. This Gibson TV Model features a single-cut mahogany body with a one-piece mahogany neck — just a great combination. It plays and sounds incredibly good. It features a dark rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. The Kluson tuners work perfectly, although the cream buttons have shrunken. They can be replaced, but we will leave them as is.
The P-90 “dog ear” single-coil pickup sounds fantastic. Black single-layer pickguard, aluminum lightweight wrap-over tailpiece. The neck feel on this piece is out of this world.
It’s 100% original throughout – Just as it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1956.
The pickup and electronics wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no re-wound pickup. All original and correct.
Comes complete with its original chipboard alligator case.
