We present an all original 1956 Gibson Les Paul Special in TV Yellow. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Condition
This 1956 Gibson Les Paul Special is absolutely wonderful. This guitar has a lot going for it and is a truly incredible vintage instrument. Fantastic lightweight mahogany body with two P-90 pickups. It features a comfortable C-shaped neck and a dark rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays. The original finish is beautifully strong, with gorgeous finish checking throughout.
The original frets and nut are in great condition. Overall, it’s in extremely clean shape with only minor cosmetic wear. A monster of a 1956 Gibson Les Paul Special that has been played and well kept. Sounds and plays like a dream.
Originality
This Gibson is 100% original throughout, with no modifications, no breaks, and no repairs. Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1956.
The pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes complete with its original alligator chipboard case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
