1959 Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst
We present an all original 1959 Fender Stratocaster in its original Sunburst finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This early 1959 Fender Stratocaster is one of the last Fender Stratocaster with 1-ply pickguard and maple neck. Very rare to find! An outstanding tone with a lot of twang and it sounds incredible. It features a beautiful grained 59′ neck profile that is very comfortable and the original frets are still great. The Single-Line Kluson tuners are in great shape and in perfect working order. The Black bottom pickups are very balanced and sound great.
Overall, it’s in fantastic shape with minor nicks, dings, finish checking and other cosmetic wear. The play-wear is mostly on the backside of the body. No cracks, breaks or any repairs. Just a stunning clean Fender Stratocaster with a beautiful Sunburst finish with no fading at all. Even comes with its original tremolo-arm.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and 100% correct.
Comes complete with its original Fender Hardshell Tweed Case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
