We present an original and early 1960 Fender Princeton Amp Tweed 5F2-A – Narrow Panel. Made in Fullerton, California.
This Fender Princeton features the larger cabinet version, providing increased headroom. It is in excellent condition with typical vintage cosmetic wear. The amp has been well maintained over the decades and is equipped with the original Oxford 8″ speaker, which has been reconed. The circuit has been professionally serviced with new capacitors and resistors to ensure flawless performance. Additionally, it includes RCA and Sylvania tubes and retains the original transformers. This classic amp is simple, elegant, and clean — perfect for collectors and serious players alike.
All channels function flawlessly and deliver an incredible sound. A modern 3-prong grounded power cord has been installed, along with the removal of the death cap and a newer leather handle.
The original tube chart is included, in excellent condition with crisp corners and a hand-inked serial number.
To keep it as original as possible, a step-down transformer is required. We have these in stock and they can be purchased through Guitar Hunter.
