1960 Gibson Les Paul Special DC – Cherry
We present an all original 1960 Gibson Les Paul Special DC in Cherry finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This Gibson Double Cut is in excellent condition with minor nicks, dings and other cosmetic wear. The 1960 Gibson Les Paul Special sounds amazing with its original P-90 “Soap-bar” pickups that are well balanced. Great lightweight mahogany body with some fading, but it’s still has bright red.
The original frets are perfect with plenty of life left. The original nut has wear but still 100% functional. The original “2/3 Kluson on the stripe” tuners are still in place and work perfectly. Medium sized 1-piece mahogany with rosewood fretboard, Wrap-around aluminum tailpiece, 4x black Reflector knob and 3-way toggleswitch.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes complete with its original Alligator chipboard case. The original latches and handle are also intact.
