1964 Fender Jaguar – Sunburst
We present an all original 1964 Fender Jaguar in its original Sunburst finish, made in Fullerton, California.
This is an outstanding pre-CBS Fender Jaguar that features all the hallmark characteristics of the early models. It boasts black-bottom pickups, a tortoiseshell pickguard, and clay dot inlays on the veneer rosewood fingerboard. It even comes complete with its original tremolo arm and bridge cover.
This instrument resonates beautifully from the very first chord, and its dynamic, soulful character truly shines through when amplified. The Jaguar provides a wide tonal palette, allowing you to thicken the sound or dial it back for a more sinewy, cutting tone.
The maple neck has a comfortable C-shaped profile—slim at the nut, with a pleasing increase in shoulder and roundness as you move up the fretboard, offering a solid, substantial feel.
This Jaguar is graded excellent+. It shows only minor nicks, dings, and light cosmetic wear. Structurally, it is completely sound, with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
It’s 100% original throughout – just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1964.
The pickups and electronics are untouched and fully intact—no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. All components are original and correct.
Comes with its original Fender non-logo hardshell case.
