1964 Gibson Country Western – Natural
We present an original 1964 Gibson Country western in Natural finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Condition
This 1964 Gibson Country Western is in pristine clean condition with no breaks or any repairs. Absolutely a stunning flat-top that looks good but at the same time sounds amazing. The Gibson Country Western features a spruce Natural top with mahogany back and sides. A very nice 1-piece mahogany neck that is a joy to play with dark rosewood fingerboard and split parallelogram inlays. The original finish is perfect and clean with a gorgeous finish checking. The original Kluson Deluxe one-line tuners are perfect and these tuners turn smoothly with their original White buttons. The original frets are in great shape with plenty of life left.
Originality
This gorgeous Gibson Flat-Top is all original except for a great K&K pickup that has been installed and a strap button. It features the original thin tortoiseshell pickguard and adjustable bridge with white ceramic inserts. It features the lovely 1 & 11/16″ nut width. Just a perfect and pristine example that is tough to find in that condition.
Comes complete with the original Chipboard hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
