Description & Specifications

1966 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp – Blackface

We present an original 1966 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp – Blackface. Made in Fullerton, California.

This is a true “holiest grail” vintage amp for both studio and stage. The amplifier is in gorgeous shape, and it even comes with the original cover and footswitch — super hard to find in this condition. Also, the original speaker (dated 1965) is in excellent shape and sounds fantastic. This is one of the earlier 1966 Deluxe Reverbs, production no. 40. It even comes complete with its original cover and footswitch.

Tone-wise, the amplifier absolutely sings, with gallons of reverb, galloping tremolo, sparkling, ephemeral, glassy cleans, and a powerhouse of warm, cascading overdrive when you let it off the leash. The Fender Deluxe Reverb is perfect —whether you love quality vintage gear or you’re a pro musician for whom the real thing truly matters, and problem-free performance is a must.

The original tube chart is present as well — very clean, with crisp corners and a hand-inked serial number.

The amp is fully serviced and ready to be played.
