Description & Specifications

1966 Gibson ES-330 TDC – Cherry

We present an all original 1966 Gibson ES-330 TDC in Cherry Red finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This 1966 Gibson ES-330 TDC is incredibly acoustically resonant. The fullness of the unplugged tone translates exceptionally well through the pickups, delivering a very dynamic and nuanced sound, with the heft and midrange richness that only a fully hollow body paired with quality P-90 pickups can offer.

The original Kluson Deluxe double-line tuners with white buttons are intact and turn smoothly. The original nut and frets are in perfect condition, with plenty of life left. The bridge is the original chrome ABR-1 Tune-o-Matic with nylon saddles. The original chrome trapeze tailpiece is intact, along with the black reflector cap knobs, original pickguard, switch tip, and chrome pickup covers. Overall, it’s in great condition with very few nicks, dings, finish flaws, or other cosmetic wear. The back of the headstock is factory-stamped “second” — a designation occasionally applied due to minor cosmetic imperfections and one that does not decrease the guitar’s value.

It’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1966.

Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.

Comes with a newer Gibson hardshell case.
