1966 Gibson ES-345 TDSV – Sunburst
We present an all original 1966 Gibson ES-345 TDSV in its original Sunburst finish. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This stunning vintage Gibson hollow body guitar with Varitone circuit and stereo output comes complete with its original hang tag. Overall, this ES-345 TDSV is in great condition, with only a few minor nicks, dings, and other cosmetic wear. Everything remains structurally sound with no cracks or breaks. The original “Patent Number sticker” pickups are strong and well-balanced.
The one-piece mahogany neck features a C-shaped profile that gains a bit of depth as you move into the higher registers of the fretboard. It has a 1 9/16″ nut width. Beautiful dark rosewood fretboard with double parallelogram inlays. The original gold Kluson Deluxe tuners are intact and turn smoothly. The serial number is clearly visible on the back of the headstock, and the “Gibson” logo appears in pearl inlay on the headstock face. All the original gold hardware has aged naturally over time, including the trapeze tailpiece.
It’s 100% original throughout – Just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in 1966.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Gibson hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
