1966 Martin 000-18 – Natural
We present an original and early 1966 C.F. Martin 000-18. Made in Nazareth, PA.
This is a great sounding C.F. Martin 000-18 that is incredible clean and in original condition. Looks like it left the factory yesterday. Extremely minor wear! The frets and the original nut looks like new and there are a lot of life left in them. It features the original old-style tortoise celluloid pickguard, one of the last with those features. Other features include a short-saddle rosewood bridge, Grover Sta-Tite tuners with hexagonal bushings and a typical ’60’s rounded rosewood peghead that looks beautiful.
The original natural lacquer finish is in gorgeous shape. The Martin 000-18 has mahogany back, sides and neck, sitka spruce top, rosewood fingerboard and bridge.
Overall, just a stunning crack free flat-top with a great playability and a huge voice.
Comes with an non-original hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
