1967 Fender Coronado II – Blue Ice Metallic
We present an all original Fender Coronado II in Blue Ice Metallic with matching headstock. Made in Fullerton, California.
This rare Fender guitar is all original, except for a brand new bone nut.
Overall, the guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks or any repairs. The original finish has some play wear spots, nicks, dings and other cosmetic wear. Gorgeous finish checking around the body. The Blue Ice metallic color has turned greenish over the years, so it has a beautiful and cool look.
The neck is straight with a great action and response. A great bound rosewood fretboard with pearl block inlays and the frets show hardly any wear, so there is a lot of life left in them. Overall, the guitar has a strong and well balanced output in the single-coil pickups.
Beautiful, all original guitar that even comes complete with its original whammy bar. Super rare to come by in that condition and especially in this color.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Hardshell Case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
