Description & Specifications
1967 Fender Coronado XII – Teal Green Metallic
We present an all original 1967 Fender Coronado XII in its original Teal Green Metallic finish with matching headstock. Made in Fullerton, California.
Condition
Overall, this incredibly rare 12-string guitar is in fantastic and clean condition. This is the first time we have ever seen this model in this color – a truly amazing find. It remains structurally sound with no cracks or breaks. The guitar shows minor cosmetic wear on the body. The beautiful Teal Green Metallic finish has faded slightly over the years, giving it a deeper green hue. Featuring a bound rosewood fingerboard and a fully bound maple hollow body with bound f-holes. The maple neck is straight with only minor play wear. The original frets and nut have plenty of life left.
Originality
This custom color ’67 Fender Coronado XII is 100% original throughout, exactly as it left the Fullerton factory in 1967. The two original DeArmond single-coil pickups are well-balanced and sound lovely. The original Fender tuners turn smoothly. The original pickguard and knobs are all intact.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Victoria Luggage hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
