Description & Specifications

1978 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe – Goldtop

We present an all original 1978 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe – Goldtop. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Condition

Overall, this ’78 Goldtop is in stunning clean condition – near mint! No breaks or any repairs, only minor nicks and dings. The original Goldtop finish looks clean. It features a mahogany body and a 3-piece maple neck and a bound rosewood fingerboard. The original frets and nut has a lot of life left in them. The chrome hardware looks shiny and the 4x original gold reflector knobs turns smoothly.

Originality

This stunning ’78 Les Paul Deluxe is 100% original throughout – just like it left the Kalamazoo factory back in ’78. The 2x original mini-humbuckers sounds amazing and are well-balanced.

The pickup and all electronics/wiring are untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints and no rewound pickup. All original and correct.

Comes with the original Gibson Chainsaw hardshell case. Latches and handle in fully working order.
