1960 Fender Princeton Amp Tweed 5F2-A – Narrow Panel
We present an original 1960 Fender Princeton Amp Tweed 5F2-A – Narrow Panel. Made in Fullerton, California.
Overall, this tweed amplifier is in excellent condition with typical cosmetic wear. This Fender Princeton has been well cared for over the decades and is equipped with the original Oxford 8″ speaker, which has been reconed, a new 3-prong plug cable, and the circuit contains a few new high-quality capacitors and resistors, ensuring perfect performance. Otherwise, all parts remain original to this amplifier. It is stocked with NOS Sylvania and RCA tubes.
All channels work and sound incredible. This is the Princeton version with the larger cabinet, allowing for more headroom. Both transformers are original as well.
The original tube chart is also present, very clean, with crisp corners and a hand-inked serial number.
To keep it as original as possible, a step-down transformer is required. We have these in stock and they can be purchased through Guitar Hunter.
