Description & Specifications

1967 Fender Telecaster Smuggler – Blond

We present an original 1967 Fender Telecaster Smuggler in its factory Blond finish. Made in Fullerton, California.

This rare Fender Telecaster Smuggler is all original, except for newer frets and a replaced nut. Otherwise just like it left the Fullerton factory back in 1967. It features an incredibly nice maple cap neck that plays beautifully. The 1967 Smuggler Telecaster was produced for a very limited period in 1967, making it exceptionally hard to find. It delivers an authentic ’60s Telecaster tone, thanks to its original vintage-style wiring and cloth-covered wires. Overall, this 1967 Telecaster sounds absolutely phenomenal.

The Telecaster is in excellent condition with some minor nicks, dings, and light belt buckle wear on the ash body. The finish shows beautiful checking, adding to its vintage appeal. All components are structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. It even includes the original Fender ashtray bridge cover.

Pickups and electronics remain untouched and fully intact—no broken solder joints, no rewound pickups. All original and 100% correct.

Includes the original black Fender hardshell case. All latches and the handle are in perfect working condition.
