Guitar Hunter ApS accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. The payment will not be charged from your account until the product has been dispatched.
All of the prices are shown in DKK or Euro. Prices include VAT. Please note that the VAT is not a deductible on used products. Guitar Hunter trades with respect to the rules of the VAT system on used products.
Guitar Hunter ApS uses an approved payment server which encrypts all of your account information through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Therefore, it is not possible to read your information.

Your order will be delivered by GLS, PostNord or UPS
PLEASE NOTE: Always inspect your product upon arrival. Any damage done during delivery should be reported to Guitar Hunter ApS immediately in order to get a refund. As soon as Guitar Hunter ApS has assigned the product to UPS , GLS or PostNord, the latter will be held responsible for further actions and handling of the product. Accordingly, it is essential that we are informed immediately if any damage occurred during delivery.
In Denmark, the delivery time is 1-2 working days on stock items if your order has been placed before 2 pm on all working days. Please note that a stock item – against all expectations – might be sold out. In this case, we will contact you.
For every item, it will be stated whether the item is in stock.
Delivery in Denmark ( Shipping with GLS & Postnord full insurance )
Free delivery on all orders of 2.000 DKK or more. On orders less than 2.000 DKK, a delivery charge of 39,2 plus VAT. DKK will be added.

A delivery charge of 50 Euro Inc. VAT.

Our products are covered by a 2-year guarantee according to the Danish Sale of Goods. Our guarantee covers material and/or manufacturing defects and does not cover general wear and aging.
Furthermore, the guarantee does not cover defects or damage due to improper use of the product / service.
Please note, there are no guarantee on vintage/used amplifiers.
Guitar Hunter ApS does not cover the charges of return of products.

We do not accept packages where payment is made on delivery (COD) (efterkrav).
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank account information so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is granted on products purchased in our web shop. A 14-day exchange policy is granted on products bought in our store.
The period of time is from the date you receive your product.
Return of products is at own expense.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later 14 days after the order has been placed. Once the cancellation has been made, you must return the product within 14 days.
The notice must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, please make us clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of returned products
You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product due to any handling other than what is necessary to determine the character and the properties of the product as well as the way it works. In other words, you can try the product the same way as if you went to try it in our store.
If the product has been tried/used beyond what has been described above, we consider the product as “used” which means you will only receive part of or none of the amount of purchase upon cancellation depending on the market value of the product.
Therefore, in order for you to get a full refund, you must only do what is possible in our store: You can try the product, but not actually use it.
Terms of purchase for vintage guitars & amplifiers
First of all, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you purchase an item from Guitar Hunter, we work hard to ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. It is our goal to make sure you know exactly what you are paying for and that you are pleased with what you receive. All items are carefully packed and inspected before shipment and should arrive as expected. If you have any concerns prior to buying, please feel free to contact us. We guarantee the authenticity of all our vintage instruments and amplifiers. When you purchase any vintage instruments from Guitar Hunter you will also receive all relevant picture documentation on a USB drive and a certificate of authenticity. All our description with details on each vintage instrument on our website is what we say it is.
Vintage instrument delivery within EU
If the delivery is within EU, the cost will be calculated at the time of purchase. All of our items are shipped with PostNord or UPS and are fully insured with accompanied tracking. If you would like an item shipped through FedEx please let us know and we will accommodate your needs. The price of shipping is dependent on insurance and location, so please email us for an exact shipping quote.
Vintage instrument delivery outside EU
We will gladly ship to all countries outside the EU. All of our items are shipped with UPS and are fully insured with accompanied tracking. We will email you a shipping quote prior to sending the item. Shipping quotes and prices do not include VAT or other import taxes which vary from country to country outside the EU. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and customs/duty.
Return policy of vintage guitars
Our unique and comprehensive quality certification process allows us to stand behind every vintage instrument we sell with the utmost confidence. If you are not satisfied or regret our purchase please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our return policy is as follows: Vintage and used items may be returned within 5 days business days from the date of delivery, except vintage amplifiers which are not returnable, unless it’s not what we say it is. You have 48 hours inspection of the vintage instrument before you need to contact us for refund. You need to be satisfied for your purchase. We only collect happy customers.
Should you desire to return an item, we will give you a full refund minus the shipping charges after we receive the item and see that it is in the same condition as when it was sold.
We cannot recover import duties or any taxes and are therefore unable to refund those fees.
Any costs relating to returned (shipped) items must be paid by the customer. We reserve the right to not accept returned goods requiring payment (for shipping or otherwise) upon receipt.
